Join us for an exciting informative program including our signature opening day workshops for clinicians and our unique lecture series tailored for patients and their supporters.  Days 2-4 will include poster sessions, oral presentations, networking events, and a gala reception with a dinner on Saturday.  The Institute for Neuro Immune Medicine at Nova Southeastern University, based in Fort Lauderdale, will also be hosting a special pre-conference day of talks on October 26.  Discounted early registration rates are available through September 26, 2016.

Our conferences are attended by hundreds of scientists, physicians, other professionals, and patients interested in chronic fatigue syndrome / myalgic encephalomyelitis, fibromyalgia, and co-morbid illnesses (e.g. orthostatic intolerance, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, hypothyroidism) as well as other medical conditions / circumstances (e.g. cancer, multiple sclerosis, rheumatologic diseases, aging, overwork) associated with acute or chronic fatigue.  Attendees come from all over the United States and over 25 countries.

During the registration process, you will be asked to select one morning working and one afternoon workshop:

Cancellation Policies

Email notifications of cancellation must be submitted to  prior to October 1, 2016.   Cancellations received by this date will be subject to the following USA non-refundable processing fees.  No refund will be issued after October 1, 2016.  Please see below for cancellation fees:

Current Members

When you click the "Member Registration" button at the top of this page, you will be taken to a member login screen.  Your username was included in the registration announcement email and a password reset email was sent shortly thereafter in case you have forgotten your password. If you are having problems locating your username and password, simply email us at  After you are logged into the members' portal, click on the “2016 Professional Conference Registration" button:

  1. Confirm your Badge Name and Company/Organization - this information will appear on your conference badge
  2. Confirm your Mailing Address Information
  3. Select the registration category under Additional Information
  4. List any special accommodations
  5. Click the "Continue" button

  1. Choose either the 3 Day or 4 Day Conference option - please note, workshops are only available for the 4 Day Conference.
  2. Click the "Continue" button

  1. Review your shopping cart - please note, a banquet ticket is included in your registration
  2. Review the instructions in blue
  3. Workshops
    • If you chose the 3 Day Conference option, workshops are unavailable.  Click back to change your option to a 4 Day Conference if you would like to join us in the workshops
    • If you chose the 4 Day Conference option, click on add for the Morning Workshop you would like to attend and then click on add for the Afternoon Workshop you would like to attend (the workshops will appear above in your shopping cart once selected)
  4. If you plan to bring a guest (or guests) to the banquet, please adjust the quantity (Qty) as necessary and click on add.  Please note, with a 3 Day and 4 Day Conference (Professional), you already have a complimentary banquet ticket.  The ability to add additional tickets is only for those planning to bring a guest (or guests).
  5. Click the "Complete Registration" button

  1. Review the total for your shopping cart - if you need to make changes to your shopping cart, click Edit to be taken back to Page 3 of the Registration Form.  Or, if you would like to start over, click on Remove Item and then click on the "Members Only Area" button on the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Click the "Checkout" button to go to the payment screen

If you were not emailed a username and password, please click the "Nonmember Registration" button.  You will be asked to complete an initial profile (name, address, username, password, etc.) before proceeding to registration.  After your profile has been created, please follow the instructions above starting with "Page 1 of the Registration Form".
